I've been on the

For over 13 years, I've had the privilege of founding, leading and growing Derby Ingredients into an international business with offices across Europe and customers around the world.
Alongside this, I've worked with charities and community organisations, providing strategic advice and coaching to help them increase their impact and raise significant funds for the causes they serve.
